FRIENDS OF BEER & BIKE TOURS

Beer & Bike would not be possible without the help of many great people and companies. This page is a listing of the people who are a part of what we do on our tours, members of the Beer and Bike team and the people who inspire us to do more. If you would like to be listed here please send us a note.

Rocky Mountain Adventures - We work with RMA and offer a Raft and ride tour. Here is a description of the raft adventure we have paired up with our afternoon bike rides for you. "Join RMA on the Cache La Poudre River for your Lower Poudre Half Day adventure! Colorado’s only National Wild & Scenic River offers a pristine, protected environment with thrilling rapids for both first time and experienced rafters. With beginner to intermediate Class 2 & 3 level rapids, both adventurers and families can join the fun. The minimum age for this trip is 7 years old. This trip meets at 8:15 AM at the Fort Collins RMA office."

Horse and Dragon Brewing - The entire crew at Horse and dragon is wonderful and they make great beer to boot. Commonly our guests favorite stop on tour. You have to get your own water because Tatum will not let me carry the glasses, I have dropped a few trying to carry to many at one time. My favorite beer here is the Sad Panda Stout.

Odell Brewing Company - Odell Brewing is one of the main stops on every Beer & Bike in Fort Collins. From the staple Odells brews ranging from Easy Street to Cutthoart Porter they make some of the best tasting beers around. Our personal favorite is St. Lupulin.

Fernweh Hostel - The Fernweh hostel is conveniently located on Mulberry in Fort Collins. It is set about halfway between city park and Old town and really close to CSU. Kelsey is a great host and has created a calm and comfortable base for people to explore Fort Collins and the surrounding area from. You can even rent the whole house for reunions or groups of friends.

Recycled Cycles - Located in Seattle, Recycled Cycles is a great place to find all your cycling gear in Seattle. Steve and the staff at Recycled Cycles is helpful and able to answer any question you may have. They are also a Raleigh dealer and rent the same road bikes we do.

Recycled Cycles - No this is not a type-o. With the kind help of Dave Hudson and Recycled Cycles we would not be where we are today. Founded in 1978 Recycled Cycles strives to be the bike store for normal people. Do not be fooled...the owner and staff are far from normal. How could you be with such a great selection of new and used bikes to occupy your time with. If you are in the need of a new or used bike in Fort Collins, it is worth stopping in Recycled to see what they have in stock.

Trailcology - Chris Herron and Trailcology have been instrumental in the evolution of Beer & Bike Tours. Chris is passionate about he places most take for granted. If you want to help out he would love to have you.

New Belgium Brewery - New Belgium is the 3rd largest craft Brewery in the country. With 19 beers on tap and a great bicycle theme this is a tap room not to be missed. If you would like a tour of the brewery they must be booked about 2 months in advance and on the weekends fill up fast.

Equinox Brewing - Equinox is one of our favorite places to stop and have a beer. The tap room small but the beer garden is wonderful. Often there is a live band and a fresh firkin of beer you can only get in the tap room. Another must visit in Fort Collins

Coopersmith's Brewpub -  is located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins and is the perfect place for a post ride meal and tasty pint. You can play pool in the pool hall or enjoy the beauty of Old Town on one of the three patios they have to offer.

Raleigh Bicycles - We proudly use Raleigh bicycles as our rentals and our tour bikes. The models we use are the Revino 3.0, Tokul 1, Special Cruisers and Cadent 3. However you cannot go wrong with any bike in the vast Raliegh lineup.

Pateros Creek Brewing - Taking their name from the original name of the Cache la Podre River Pateros creek has a great little tap room feturing their signiture beers including, Cache la Porter and Old Town Ale.

Fort Collins Brewery - The Fort Collins Brewery is located down the road from the Odell's Brewery. They have both a tap room for drinking and a great resteraunt to match the yummy brews with good food. Fort Collins Brewey is another great stop for food and a pint after a long ride.

Funkwerks - Funkwerks is easy to spot by the funy green building and patio. While some breweries brew a wide variety of styles Funkwerks focuses on Saisons. They make a variety of flavors in this style and it is a taste not to be missed.

Peddler Brewing - While not in Fort Collins, Peddler Brewing is a special spot for us. Dave and Haley opened in Ballard, WA about the same time we started offering tours. They are near the trail in Seattle and brew some wonderful beer with a great bicycle theme. A place not to be missed on a visit to Seattle.

Mt Baker Bike Club - The Mt Baker Bike club is a great resource for riding in Bellingham, WA. They have a great group of members and are a lot of fun to hang out with. If you are up in the northwest send them an email and see what they have going on. You will not be disappointed.

Moss Design - Without Paul, Jacky and Mike our Logos would not exist. I cannot recommend a better designer for any of your branding needs. From logo work to our first website and store Paul and his crew, Jacky is really in charge, worked hard to match our business and vision to a wonderful website. Thank you.

The Armstrong Hotel - Located in Old Town the Armstrong is a great place to spend a few nights enjoying the best Fort Collins has to offer.
